Getting started with Intel NUC Zoom Rooms

Intel NUC devices provide a convenient out of the box solution for setting up Zoom Rooms and workspaces. The small size of the Intel NUC allows you to save room that a standard PC might take up. These devices can be purchased as standalone PCs or as components of room kits that have the Zoom Rooms application pre-installed on the device.

Setup with a hardware kit
- Create a Zoom Room on the Zoom web portal.
- Plug in the Intel NUC PC and other devices. Turn the Intel NUC PC on.
- Sign in to the Zoom Rooms application with the appropriate credentials from the web portal.
- Configure the network and localization (keyboard, time zone, language) settings on the device.
- Review the EULA agreement.
Setup with a standalone device
- Create a Zoom Room on the Zoom web portal.
- Plug in the Intel NUC PC and other devices. Turn the Intel NUC PC on.
- Perform whatever steps are necessary for Windows setup.
- Download the Zoom Rooms application, and open it.
- Sign in to the Zoom Rooms application with the appropriate credentials from the web portal.
