• Administrator features
  • External admin role
    Account owners and admins can add users outside of their organization as an External IQ Admin. This role is designed to allow external parties to assist with account configuration during new customer onboarding or proof of concept trials.

• Resolved an issue where the recording automatically plays while the Conversation detail page loads
• Resolved an issue in Analytics Market tab where no data populates when using the Advanced Filter to compare competitor mentions in wins vs losses
