Adding a promotional code Follow

Overview

You can add a promotional code to your account when upgrading your plan.

Prerequisites

  • Account owner, admin, or another role with billing privileges

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Billing.
  3. Click Upgrade Account.
  4. Select a plan to purchase.
  5. Edit the plan as needed. You can change the number of licenses or change the frequency of the billing cycle (monthly or annual).
  6. Below the Order Summary section, enter the promo code in the Coupon Code field, then click Apply.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Click Upgrade Now.
  9. Fill out your billing information, review the discount applied, then click Upgrade Now.
