How Do I Add a Promotional Code? Follow

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Account ManagementBilling.
  3. Click Upgrade Account.
  4. Select a plan to purchase.
  5. Edit the plan as needed. You can change the number of licenses or change the frequency of the billing cycle (monthly vs. annual).
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Enter your promotional code on the right side.
  8. Click Apply.
  9. Click Upgrade Now.
  10. Click Confirm to complete your purchase.
