  • Allow or deny entry to users from certain regions or countries
    When scheduling a meeting, users can allow or deny participants from joining meetings or webinars from certain regions. This setting needs to be enabled at the user, group, or account level.
  • UI enhancement for Waiting Room and passcode settings
    The Waiting Room and passcode settings in the scheduler have short descriptions to provide users more context on these security features.

    If two factor authentication is enabled for the Zoom web portal, users will be required to use two factor authentication when signing in via the Outlook add in.

    Basic users will now be warned if they schedule a meeting longer than 40 minutes through the Zoom client or mobile app.
  • Schedule a meeting with waiting room
    Users can now schedule a meeting with waiting room enabled in the Outlook add in.
