New and enhanced features
- Active session extension for Outlook add-in SSO
Users can extend their active sessions for single sign-on (SSO) within the Outlook add-In. This can be configured at the account-level, giving users control over their session duration.
Resolved Issues
- Minor bug fixes
- Resolved an issue where users can change their email address without email verification on the Microsoft side.
- Resolved an issue where users, who used the latest add-on to edit a meeting created by the previous add-on, encountered a missing Update button in the settings panel.
- Resolved an issue where users were experiencing an unexpected Welcome to Zoom popup modal, prompting them to create a Zoom account using their Microsoft account credentials. This issue occurred even for users who already had a Zoom account and were using single sign-on (SSO) for authentication.

- Enhanced control over external users in meeting group chats
Users can adjust settings to determine whether external users can be added to meeting group chats and whether they are automatically provisioned when included in Outlook calendar invites.

- Resolved an issue where deleting the Zoom meeting through the Outlook add-in also resulted in the removal of the Outlook meeting.
- Resolved an issue where users were receiving a "meeting is for another date" message when attempting to join a meeting with the waiting room feature enabled.

- Enable language interpretation through Outlook calendar
Users are able to schedule meetings with interpreters directly through their Outlook calendar. Previously, users could only enable language interpretation through the Zoom web portal when scheduling a meeting.

- Support for scheduling meeting with continuous meeting chat
Meeting hosts can schedule a meeting and invite contacts, which are added to both the calendar event for the meeting and the dedicated Team Chat group chat. This group chat and its messages are accessible before, during, and after the scheduled meeting. This feature must be enabled by Zoom.

- Indonesian language support
The Zoom Outlook add-in now supports Indonesian. By default, Zoom will match the operating system’s language if supported and users can manually select a language of their choice. - One-time password requirement for suspicious logins
Users with a work email login type and who do not have two-factor authentication enabled are required to enter a one-time password, sent to their account email, when Zoom detects a suspicious login.

- Support for custom manifest builder
Account owners and admins of Enterprise accounts can download the Outlook add-in and manifest file from the Download Center. The custom manifest builder is helpful for admins to download the file when pre-configuring their SSO domain, or when the Outlook add-in cannot connect to Azure.

- Phone integration with Outlook add-in
With the phone integration, users with a Zoom Phone license can easily call their Zoom contacts directly from the Outlook add-in. From the Outlook web interface, users can call contacts from Microsoft 365 contact cards, click-to-dial highlighted phone numbers in emails, and sync their presence.
