My Meeting Settings Follow

Overview

My Meeting Settings allows you to enable or disable features for your meetings. These settings control the availability of many features, such as breakout rooms, recording, and chat. 

My Meeting Settings mirror Group Settings and Account Settings. Settings can be turned on or off at these levels, as well as locked on or off. Read more about Tiered Settings.

Accessing and Editing My Meeting Settings

  1. Login to your Zoom account on the web.
  2. Navigate to My Meeting Settings
  3. Click to toggle a setting on or off.

  4. Settings can also be locked at the account level or group level. This will be noted next to the setting. If a setting is locked at the account or group level, an account admin or owner will need to change it under Account Settings or Group Management.
