Sending feedback to Zoom

Last Updated:

You can submit feedback to Zoom about your experience with your meeting or with the Zoom client. You must enable Feedback to Zoom in your settings, which will add a feedback option in the Zoom desktop client and mobile app.

Once you've enabled Feedback to Zoom, you can also enable the end-of-meeting experience feedback survey, which prompts meeting participants to click either thumbs up or thumbs down when a meeting ends to provide feedback about the overall meeting experience. This information is collected and provided to the account administrator for analysis and improvements.
