Overview
You can share your feedback with Zoom about your experience with your meeting or with the Zoom client. You can enable Feedback to Zoom in your settings, which will add a feedback option in the Zoom Desktop Client and Mobile app. On Windows, it will also ask you when leaving the meeting if you would like to offer feedback.
Once enabled, you can also turn on End of Meeting Feedback Survey. With End of Meeting Feedback Survey, when a meeting ends, the attendee will be prompted to select either Thumbs up or Thumbs down. This information is collected and provided to the account administrator for analysis and improvements.

Enable Feedback to Zoom for Your Account
To enable the Feedback to Zoom feature for all members of your organization:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator with the privilege to edit account settings.
- Click Account Management > Account Settings.
- Navigate to the Feedback to Zoom option on the Meeting tab and verify that the setting is enabled.
If the setting is disabled, click the toggle to enable it. If a verification dialog displays, choose Turn On to verify the change.
- (Optional) If you want to make this setting mandatory for all users in your account, click the lock icon, and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
Enable Feedback to Zoom on a Specific Group
To enable the Feedback to Zoom feature for all members of a specific group:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator with the privilege to edit groups.
- Click User Management > Group Management.
- Click the name of the group, then click the Settings tab.
- Navigate to the Feedback to Zoom option on the Meeting tab and verify that the setting is enabled.
If the setting is disabled, click the toggle to enable it. If a verification dialog displays, choose Turn On to verify the change.
Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at the Account level, and needs to be changed at that level. - (Optional) If you want to make this setting mandatory for all users in this group, click the lock icon, and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
Enable Feedback to Zoom for your own use
To enable the Feedback to Zoom feature for your own use:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Click Account Management > Account Settings (if you are an account administrator) or Settings (if you are an account member).
- Navigate to the Feedback to Zoom option on the Meeting tab and verify that the setting is enabled.
If the setting is disabled, click the toggle to enable it. If a verification dialog displays, choose Turn On to verify the change.
Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the Group or Account level, and you will need to contact your Zoom administrator.
Sharing your Feedback with Zoom
To share your feedback with Zoom
- Log in to the Zoom client.
- Click you profile picture, then click Settings.
- Click the Feedback tab.
- Enter your Feedback.
- Click Send Feedback.
If you do not have End of Meeting Feedback Survey enabled, you will also have the option to check a box to submit feedback at the end of your meetings.
To share your feedback with Zoom
- Log in to the Zoom client.
- Click your profile picture then click Settings.
- Click the Feedback tab.
- Enter your Feedback.
- Click Send Feedback.
