Viewing the Zoom IQ Dashboard

The Zoom IQ Dashboard shows your performance over time. What you see in your dashboard varies depending on your Zoom IQ role and can be customized with the key metrics you would like to view such as your conversation performance and recently mentioned of subscribed indicators.

  • Business or Enterprise account
  • Licensed user with Zoom IQ license

How to access the Zoom IQ Dashboard

You can access the Zoom IQ Dashboard via the web portal and the desktop client.

From the Zoom web portal

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Zoom IQ for Sales then Dashboard.

From the Zoom desktop client

To access Zoom IQ from your desktop client, you must be on client version 5.12.6 or higher.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
  2. In the top navigation menu, click Zoom IQ then Dashboard
    Note:     If Zoom IQ is not listed in the top navigation menu, click More  then Zoom IQ.
