New and enhanced features

  • Configure integration with People.ai
    Admins can configure Zoom IQ for Sales integration with People.ai, providing engagement intelligence data for the key personas and stakeholders in their account.
• User features
  • Support integration with People.ai
    When enabled by admin, users can view People.ai insights in conversations. People.ai’s insights combine with Zoom IQ for Sales’ conversational intelligence to provide a unique, holistic view of buyer roles and level of engagement across all digital touch points. This helps sellers grow pipeline, increase deal size, improve win rate, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Team filter enhancement
    Most recent team selection persists across all sub-tabs in the Analytics section of the product.
