Integrating People.ai with Zoom Revenue Accelerator provides engagement intelligence data for the key personas and stakeholders within your account. People.ai can capture and analyze customer interactions, including call duration, topics discussed, and action items, allowing sales reps to follow up with leads more effectively and close deals faster.
Prerequisites for configuring People.ai integration with Zoom Revenue Accelerator
- Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Zoom Phone standalone account
- Licensed user with Zoom Revenue Accelerator license
- Account owner, admin privileges, or a custom role that has account settings view/edit
- People.ai account with admin permissions (uses Oauth2.0 Standards for Integration)
- Generated API Key and Secret from People.ai
How to configure People.ai integration with Zoom Revenue Accelerator
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
- Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
- In the More Settings section, click the Configure option for People.ai integration.
- Enter your API key, secret, and People.ai admin email.
- Click Send Verification Code then enter the verification code sent to the email address you have specified.
- Click Configure.
You will be prompted to sign in to your People.ai account (if you are not already) and authorize Zoom access to your account. - Click Submit to continue.
