Release notes for Zoom IQ for Sales

New and enhanced features

  • Administrator features
    • Enhancement to Indicators
      Zoom IQ admins can add and customize names of certain Indicators categories. The number of custom indicators per account is increased from 100 to 250.
    • Enhancement to Conversations mapping to CRM accounts
      Users can match conversations to a lead if conversations do not have an open opportunity and account to match to. Currently, we only push Zoom IQ analysis data to the CRM if a deal is matched.
  • User features
    • Enhancement to Indicators
      Users can add a rule such as Stage during conversation, Customer, and Deal as additional filters and search for Indicators across conversations.

Resolved issues

  • Minor bug fixes
  • Resolved an issue wherein the pre-populated passcode for sharing conversations does not meet the password requirements
