Managing Zoom Revenue Accelerator conversation playlist

Zoom Revenue Accelerator allows you to create a regular playlist where you can manually add conversations or a smart playlist where recordings and clips that match the defined filters are added automatically.

You can organize the playlist into folders and share them to within your team, specific members, or everyone in the organization.

Prerequisites for managing Zoom Revenue Accelerator conversation playlist

  • Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Zoom Phone standalone account
  • Licensed user with Zoom Revenue Accelerator license
  • To create a playlist, user must have Playlist modification permission
  • To create a playlist folder, user must have Create Public Folders permission

How to create a playlist

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
  3. Click the Playlists tab
  4. Click Create Playlist.
  5. In the Create a Playlist window, enter a playlist name then select the Playlists button.
  6. Under Who can View, select Private, Everyone in the account, or Specified teams or members.
  7. Click Create.
  8. (Optional) Click the 3 dots across the playlist name to Follow/Unfollow, Add to Folder, Edit, or Delete the playlist.
  9. (Optional) Click the playlist name then Add Conversation to add an existing conversation or clip to your playlist.
  10. (Optional) Click the playlist name then the  Share button to share the playlist.

How to create a smart playlist

A smart playlist capture selected topics, indicators, or keyword phrases from conversations and automatically adds them to the playlist if the criteria have been met. Users can also match history conversations and choose from the last 30, 90, or 365 days.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
  3. Click the Playlists tab.
  4. Click Create Playlist.
  5. In the Create a Playlist window, enter a playlist name then select the Smart Playlist button.
  6. Under Auto-Add to the playlist if the conversation matches to, select from the checkboxes:
    • Selected Reps

    • Selected Customers

    • Specified Stage at Time of Conversation

    • Selected Topics

  7. Under Auto-Add to the playlist if the conversation mentions, you can only add indicators or keyword phrases created by your team.
  8. Under Match historical conversations based on the above criteria for the, choose from Last 30 days, Last 90 days, 365 days, or Do not match.
  9. Under Who can View, select Private, Everyone in the account, or Specified teams or members.
  10. Click Create.
  11. (Optional) Click the 3 dots across the playlist name to Follow/Unfollow, Add to Folder, Edit, or Delete the playlist.
  12. (Optional) Click the playlist name then Add Conversation to add an existing conversation or clip to your playlist.
  13. (Optional) Click the playlist name then Update Smart Playlist if you wish to update the smart playlist settings.
  14. (Optional) Click the playlist name then the  Share button to share the playlist.

How to manage your playlist folder

Create a playlist folder

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
  3. Click the Playlists tab.
  4. Click Create Folder.
  5. Enter a folder name.
  6. (Optional) Add a folder description.
  7. In Who Can View, select Private, Everyone in the account, or Specified teams or members
  8. Click Create.

Add playlist to a folder

  1. In the Playlists tab, click the folder name to which you wish to add a playlist.
  2. Click Add Playlist.
  3. Enter the playlist name or select the playlist from the dropdown list.
    Note: Multiple playlists can be added.
  4. Click Add.

Share a playlist folder

  1. In the Playlists tab, click the folder name you wish to share.
  2. Click the Share button.
  3. In Who Can View, select Private, Everyone in the account, or Specified teams or members.
  4. (Optional) Click Copy Link then share it through email or Zoom Team Chat.
