Managing personal templates

Admins and account owners can manage all personal templates in their organization. Admins can preview, transfer ownership, delete, and restore templates from the Whiteboard Management tab in the Zoom web portal.

How to preview personal templates

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Account Management, and then click Whiteboard Management.
3. Click the Personal Templates tab.
4. To the right of the template, click the ellipsis icon and select Preview.

How to change the owner of personal templates

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Account Management, and then click Whiteboard Management.
3. Click the Personal Templates tab.
4. To the right of the template, click the ellipsis icon and select Change Owner.

How to delete personal templates

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Account Management, and then click Whiteboard Management.
3. Click the Personal Templates tab.
4. To the right of the template you want to delete, click the ellipsis icon and select Move to Trash.
   Deleted whiteboards will appear in the Trash tab. Whiteboards in Trash are permanently deleted after 30 days.
5. (Optional) To permanently delete a personal template, go to the Trash tab and click the ellipsis icon to the right of the template you want to delete.
6. (Optional) Select Delete Forever.

How to recover personal templates

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Account Management, and then click Whiteboard Management.
3. Click the Trash tab.
4. To the right of the template you want to recover, click the ellipsis icon and select Restore.
   Restored whiteboards will appear in the Personal Templates tab.
