Troubleshooting grid of dashes on video issue
Some users while in a meeting may experience their video being covered with a grid of dashes.
Desktop client version 5.13.x
- Sign in to your Zoom client.
- On the top right, click your profile picture, then select Settings.
- Click Video, then Advanced.
- Under Video Rendering Post Processing, select Disable.
