Adding a recording for Zoom IQ for Sales to analyze

You can add your non-Zoom IQ cloud recordings to Zoom IQ for Sales and it will analyze the recording to provide actionable insights that can help identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and enable sales team performance improvements.

Note: You can only add your own recording and the recording creation date must be after June 4, 2021.

Prerequisites for adding a recording for Zoom IQ for Sales to analyze

  • Business or Enterprise account
  • Licensed user with Zoom IQ for Sales license
  • Recording must be recorded to the cloud

How to add a recording for Zoom IQ for Sales to analyze

Add using a meeting recording link

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Recordings
  3. In the Cloud Recording tab, select the recording or recordings to be analyzed.
  4. Click Add to Zoom IQ.
  5. In the consent request dialog, click Acknowledged and Add.

Add from the Conversations page

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Zoom IQ for Sales then Conversations.
  3. Click Add Conversation.
  4. Enter the meeting recording link then select the consent checkbox.
  5. Click Add.
