Zoom sound output not working with Realtek Audio

Windows users may not be able to hear any audio in Zoom meetings while using their computer's default speaker, Realtek(R) Audio.

Disabling audio enhancements on your device may help you resolve the issue.
- On your Windows computer, open the Settings app.
- Click Sound.
- In the Output section, locate the device's default speaker, for example, Speakers/Headphones Realtek(R) Audio.
- Click the right arrow icon to the right of the speaker's name to access that speaker's properties.
- Next to Audio Enhancements, click the drop-down menu and select Off.
