Issue

The message "Some of your zoom rooms devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting. Please contact IT for assistance" appears in your Zoom Room when trying to join a meeting.

Resolution

Ensure that your Zoom Rooms devices are running the minimum versions required by our quarterly lifecycle policy. If you have a role with access to Zoom Rooms on the web portal, you can perform the update yourself. If not, you will need to contact your IT department to request an update.
