Gallery view:

You can also select to view your video layout in "Gallery View". To switch to "Gallery View" please select the icon located in the upper-right hand corner of your screen. When viewing the "Gallery view" you will be able to see all participants (up to 25) in the same window.

Mini Window:

To switch to "Mini-window" view, simply click on the minimize icon in your window. You can move the mini video window around the screen.

To exit Mini-Window mode, select Exit Minimized Video.

Note: You can click and drag the mini-window(bottom right-hand corner) to re-size the mini-window to a larger size.

Hide Non-Video Participants

  • When you are in gallery view click on any participant that has either disabled their video or dialed in via telephone.
  • Choose 'hide non-video participants' to hide ALL user's with video disabled.

Note: You will have to be in gallery view as well as be connected from desktop such as MAC or PC to perform this feature.

Once you have hidden the speakers you wouldn't like in your video queue we will then identify them based on the user name they logged in with. Once they speak it will notify all participants that they are speaking at the top of your in meeting window. (while in gallery view on mac or pc)

To remove this layout simply click on the dropdown arrow during gallery view when a non-video participant is speaking and click show non-video participants.
