Scheduling Privilege Follow

Overview

Scheduling privilege is designed so:

  • You can assign a user or multiple users in your account to schedule meetings on your behalf.
  • You can also schedule meetings on behalf of a user (or multiple users) that has assigned you scheduling privilege.
  • You and the assigned scheduler must have a Pro or Corp license.
  • Users with Scheduling Privilege on your account will be able to manage and act as an alternative host for all meetings.

  • Both users must have a Pro or Corp License
  • For webinar, both users must have a webinar license

Instructions

How to Set Scheduling Privilege 

  1. Login to your Meeting Settings.
  2. Under Other, click the + next to Assign scheduling privilege to.

  3. Enter one or more email addresses in the window, separated with a comma.
  4. Click Assign.

If the user was assigned successfully, they will appear under Assign Scheduling Privilege to.

If scheduling privilege cannot be assigned because the user is not on your account or is not a Pro user, you will receive an error message.

How to Schedule for Another User 

The user given scheduling privilege will need to logout of the Zoom client and login again for the scheduling privilege option to appear.

  1. Open your Zoom client and sign into Zoom.
  2. Click on the Schedule icon.

    This will open the scheduler window.
  3. Click Advanced Options.
  4. Check Schedule For.
  5. Choose the user you want to Schedule For from the dropdown menu.

  6. Click Schedule to finish, and open up the calendar you have selected.
  1. The user given scheduling privilege will need to logout of the Zoom client and login again for the scheduling privilege option to appear.

    1. Open your Zoom client and sign into Zoom.
    2. Click on the Schedule icon.

      This will open the scheduler window.
    3. Click Advanced Options.
    4. Check Schedule For.
    5. Choose the user you want to Schedule For from the dropdown menu.

    6. Click Schedule to finish, and open up the calendar you have selected.
  1. Sign into the Zoom web portal at My Meetings, and select Schedule A Meeting.

  2. Click Advanced Options.
  3. Choose the user you want to Schedule For from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click Save to finish.

  2. Tap Schedule.

  4. Tap the name of the user you want to schedule the meeting for.

  5. Tap Schedule to finish scheduling.

  1. Log into the Zoom app on your iOS device.
  2. Tap Schedule.
