How do I get the install log for macOS? Follow


You may be required by Technical Support to submit the install log if you experienced an installation issue. 

  1. Go to Finder.
  2. Click Go (Top Menu Bar), then Computer.
  3. Then on the Search box, type Console.
  4. Then double click on Console.
  5. Then under ~/Library/Logs, scroll to the bottom, you will find, open to access zoominstall.log.
  6. Copy the text in the install log send to Zoom support.
