The Reports section of the website is a powerful tool that provides Zoom admins with various account and meeting statistics.
- Account type is Pro, Business, Enterprise, Education, or API
- The user is an admin or account owner
You can access account-wide records of the last 6 months’ activity by going to the Reports section of the website: https://zoom.us/account/report
There are several reports in this module. The standard reports have been explained.
Daily Report: contains account-wide usage for each day in a given month. This report encompases every meeting hosted by a user under the account.
Active Hosts: lists users under your account, along with statistics on meetings they have hosted.
Clicking on a user’s email in the Active Hosts report will list out information on specific meetings they have hosted.
Clicking on the number of participants in a given meeting will provide a list of all meeting attendees.
Inactive Hosts: describes users’ last login activity.
