Account Management Follow


To access the settings for your Zoom account, sign into the Zoom web portal at and click Sign In, at the upper right-hand corner of the page.

You can sign in using the email address and the password you created for your Zoom account, or sign in using the credentials for your Google or Facebook account

Note: If your account has been enabled, you can sign in using Single Sign On (SSO).


Note that if the left-hand pane of the page shows My Profile, you are an account administrator. If the left-hand pane shows Profile, this means that you are an account member, with a more limited set of options available. See Using Tiered Settings for information about how administrators can manage settings for the account.


If you are an administrator, you have access to the Account Settings page, where you can enable/disable the default value of each option for all members of your account, as well as lock any of the options that need to be consistently used by all members of the account.

The Account Settings page includes options on the following tabs:

Meeting tab

Recording tab

Telephone tab
