If you are using a Polycom HDX Series video endpoint and are able to send and receive audio but are not able to send and receive video, please check the following:
- Make sure Diagnostic Mode (or Basic Mode in version 3.0.2 or older) is not enabled. See page 12-2 on the Polycom HDX Systems Admin Guide
- Check your network or firewall settings
If you are still not able to connect with your Polycom HDX system, please submit a Support Request with information on your device for further assistance.
