Monthly vs Annual Plan Follow

Overview

On the Billing page, you will see your Current Plans which can be billed as a monthly or annual plan.

You are able cancel your subscription(s) at any time before the next billing cycle. If you do not cancel your subscription, it will continue to automatically renew.

You can make other changes to your subscriptions, including changing your billing period and adjusting the number of licenses.

Changing from monthly to annual

If you purchased your subscription online, you can change from a monthly to an annual subscription. 

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Account Management, then Billing.
  3. Click Edit Plan to the right of the subscription you wish to change.
  4. Click the Annual option.
  5. Click Save & Continue.
  6. Review the changes. If correct, click Save & Continue.
  7. Click Place Order to complete your purchase.

Once confirmed, you will receive a prorated credit for your current month of service and will be billed for the new annual subscription with that prorated monthly credit applied.

Changing from annual to monthly

If you purchased your subscription online, you can change from an annual to a monthly subscription. 

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Account Management, then Billing.
  3. Click Edit Plan to the right of the subscription you wish to change.
  4. Click the Monthly option.
  5. Click Save & Continue.
  6. Review the changes. If correct, click Save & Continue.
  7. Click Place Order to complete your purchase.

Once confirmed, a prorated credit for the remainder of your annual subscription will be produced and applied to your new monthly payment and your future invoices. If you would like to inquire about a refund, contact Billing.
