Conference Room Connector supported devices

The Zoom Conference Room Connector license allows most standard SIP and H.323 video endpoints to join and participate in Zoom meetings through the Cloud Room Connector.
Enhanced support for calendaring and other features is available for select Polycom and Cisco room systems through the Zoom API Connector.

Supported protocols and codecs for joining Zoom Meetings
Endpoint requirements to join a meeting using Zoom Cloud Room Connector:
- SIP or H.323 communication protocol
- TLS 1.2 or higher if 3rd party encryption is required or if the device is to be a managed device.
Audio codecs supported:
- G.711
- G.722
- OPUS
Note: OPUS is currently only supported with SIP connections.
Video codecs supported:
- H.264
- H.264 High Profile
Bandwidth requirements
Below are the minimum bandwidth requirements for a device with a single screen configuration:

660 kbps up and down to support 360p @ 30fps

1.5 Mbps up and down to support 720p @ 30fps

3 Mbps up and down to support 1080p @ 30fps
Below are the minimum bandwidth requirements for a device with a dual-screen configuration:

660 kbps up and 1.3 Mbps down to support 360p @ 30fps

1.5 Mbps up and 3 Mbps down to support 720p @ 30fps

3 Mbps up and 6 Mbps down to support 1080p @ 30fps
SIP / H.323 endpoints as Zoom managed devices
The Zoom Conference Room Connector license also provides administrators with additional capabilities. By provisioning the device from Zoom, conference room devices can be enabled with:
- Calendaring to enable One-Touch Join into meetings
- Create “Join Zoom Meeting” button to join by Meeting ID
- Create Instant Meeting (“Meet Now”)
- Register the device as a Zoom Phone
- Per-Device Configuration Options
- View connection status
- Other device management features
Supported devices
Devices that have been labeled as Supported Joining Meetings are customer or vendor self-reporting. Devices that are listed as Supported as a Zoom Managed Device have been tested by Zoom.
Note: The supported versions listed are versions that have been tested and confirmed by Zoom. Any newer versions than those listed below may not be compatible.
