Overview
When you are in a Zoom Rooms meeting you can invite a Zoom Room, a H.323/SIP room, a company contact, or an external participant to join your meeting.

Prerequisites
Internal invites
- Company contact has been added in the User Management page or has same domain.
- Zoom Rooms configured in the Zoom Rooms page.
- H.323/SIP room system configured in the Room Connector tab, and the account must be subscribed to the CRC (Cloud Room Connector) add-on.
External invites
- Invite by Email: Have a valid email.
- Invite by Room System: Know the room's IP address or E.164 and be subscribed to the CRC (Cloud Room Connector).
- Invite by Phone: Account is subscribed to call out feature
Inviting by contacts
- While in a meeting, tap Invite on the controller.
- Tap the Invite by Contacts tab.
- Select Zoom Rooms, SIP/H.323 rooms, or company contacts, you want to invite.
- Click Invite.
Inviting by email
- While in a meeting, tap Invite on the controller.
- Tap the Invite by Email tab.
- Enter the invitee(s) email address in the To: field. If you're inviting multiple participants, add a space to separate email addresses.
- Click Send Invitation.
Inviting by phone
- While in a meeting, tap Invite on the controller.
- Tap the Invite by Phone tab.
- Tap the flag icon to select a country code if you are dialing an international number.
- Dial a number then tap the phone icon.

Inviting room system
- While in a meeting, tap Invite on the controller.
- Tap the Invite by Phone tab.
- Enter the IP address or E.164 number, select H.323 or SIP, then click Call.
