Cloud Recording on iOS/Android Follow

Recording on the mobile Zoom Client can be done using the Zoom Cloud Recording. Cloud recording allows you to record meeting video and audio in the Zoom Cloud where the file can then be downloaded and/or streamed from a browser via HTML 5 or Flash. The recorded meetings can be managed or shared online by logging in to your account and visiting the My Recordings page. Local recordings can not be made using a mobile device.

Pre-requisites

  • A Zoom Business, Education, or Pro Plan is required
  • A Zoom Account Executive must first enable the subscription plan
  • Account Admin can enable or disable in Account Management
  • User must have a Pro license
  • Zoom client version 3.5 or higher is required on PC, Mac, iOS and Android

Recording on Android

1) Start a Zoom meeting

2) Tap the screen to bring up the menu and select Participants

 

3) Select the Record button at the bottom of the Participants page

4) To stop the recording, tap the screen and press the Stop Recording button or end the meeting

Recording on iOS (iPad and iPhone)

1) Start a Zoom meeting

2) Tap the screen to bring up the menu and select Participant

3) Press the Record button at the bottom of the Participants list

4) To stop the recording, press the Stop Recording button in the upper right or end the meeting
