Zoom Rooms as Alternative Host Follow


When a user schedules a meeting and invites a ZoomPresence room that is configured within the same User Management account, ZoomPresence will start the meeting as an alternative host. 

Note: That means the host/scheduler doesn't have to be in the meeting to start it. 

Waiting for Host to Start the Meeting:

If you are seeing this notification on ZoomPresence when joining your scheduled meeting, please check the following:

  1. Make sure the host/scheduler has used the correct email account to schedule with ZoomPresence. 
  2. The email account must be under the same user management as ZoomPresence
  3. Check your Zoom Chrome Extension login account. (Settings in Chrome)
  4. Learn more about signing in to Chrome and delete Chrome user
