When a user schedules a meeting and invites a ZoomPresence room that is configured within the same User Management account, ZoomPresence will start the meeting as an alternative host.
Note: That means the host/scheduler doesn't have to be in the meeting to start it.
Waiting for Host to Start the Meeting:
If you are seeing this notification on ZoomPresence when joining your scheduled meeting, please check the following:
- Make sure the host/scheduler has used the correct email account to schedule with ZoomPresence.
- The email account must be under the same user management as ZoomPresence
- Check your Zoom Chrome Extension login account. (Settings in Chrome)
- Learn more about signing in to Chrome and delete Chrome user.
