Troubleshooting Log for Outlook Plugin on Mac Follow

  1. Download the troubleshooting application provided by Support.
  2. Double click the file and follow the instructions to open.
  3. Login to the new Mac Outlook plugin and run the same case to duplicate the issue
  4. Open your finder and select "Go" and then "Go to Folder..."
  5. For Outlook 2011 Input ~/Documents/ZoomOutlookPlugin/ZoomOutlookPlugin.log 
  6. For Office 365/2016 Version 15.x Input "~/Library/Containers/" 
  7. Send us the zipped log or upload to Dropbox and send us the link
  8. After sending the logs, please uninstall this troubleshooting version of the Zoom Outlook plugin and re-install from here.
