Scheduling a Registrationless Webinar Follow

Pre-requisites

  • Must purchase a Video Webinar plan of 100, 500, 1000, 3000 participants
  • Host user type must be Pro, and be assigned the Webinar license
  • Zoom application must be running version 3.0+

About

Scheduling a Webinar that is registrationless will allow attendees to join without registering in advance. Alternatively, you can schedule a registration webinar.

One-Time Registrationless Webinar

  1. Log in to your Zoom Profile and select the My Webinars option. You will be able to see the list of scheduled webinars here.
  2. Select "Schedule A Webinar"
  3. Enter the Webinar information
  4. By default, Webinars will have registration. This can either be changed under Webinar Settings for each new Webinar or under the Webinar information. This can be changed by selecting "Edit" under "Invite Attendees".
  5. Change the "Approval" to "Registrationless"

    Note: the "Only allow users in my account" will require members of your account to be logged in to Zoom in order to join the Webinar. Users who are not members of your account or not logged in will not be able to join.

  6. Under Invite Attendees you can either copy the Webinar join link or invitation to send to the Webinar Attendees

Recurring Registrationless Webinar

  1. Log in to your Zoom Profile and select the My Webinars option. You will be able to see the list of scheduled webinars here.
  2. Select "Schedule A Webinar"
  3. Enter the Webinar information and ensure "Recurring Webinar" is selected
  4. Under Invite Attendees you can either copy the Webinar join link or invitation to send to the Webinar Attendees.
