Invite Attendees by Email From Zoom Rooms Follow

About: 

Invite any user that is not in your company directory to a current Zoom Rooms meeting.

How to invite by email:

  1. Start or join a Zoom meeting from Zoom Rooms
  2. On the iPad controller tap "Invite" --> "Invite by Email
  3. Enter the 3rd-party participant email address in the field labeled "To:
  4. Tap "Send Invitation" on your iPad controller
