Failed to get ZoomPresence Configurations

  • Check the right login method - Work Email or Google Email
  • Verify the Resource (room) name - must match the original name
  • Verify Resource (room) is subscribed or delegated to the dedicated email

iPad controller could not connect to ZoomPresence

  • Login with your Mac mini first before login on iPad
  • Ensure iPad and Mac mini are on the same wireless network
  • If applicable, make sure your firewall is turned off on your Mac Mini
