Kiosk Settings For Zoom Rooms iPad Follow

When setting up Zoom Rooms on the iPad, you will need to ensure some settings are configured correctly to set it for kiosk mode. This will allow Zoom Rooms to start and prevent users from using other applications on the iPad.

Note: There is a known issue with iOS 12 where the iPad will go to sleep when in Guided Access mode. We recommend waiting to update to iOS 12 until this is fixed or disabling Guided Access on iPads running iOS 12.

Disable Auto-Lock

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Scroll to and tap Display & Brightness.
  3. Tap Auto-Lock menu options.
  4. Select Never.

  1. Open the Settings App on your device.
  2. Go to General.
  3. Tap Accessibility .
