Camera Video is Unavailable on a Mac running 10.7 Follow

If you are experiencing an issue with your camera within the Zoom client and you're running Mac OS 10.7, please try the following: 

  1. In the finder, click the Go menu.
  2. Select "Go to Folder..."
  3. In the window that appears, type /Library/QuickTime/
  4. Click Go.
  5. Delete any of the following files:
    • Sonix SN9C201 WebCam.component 
    • Sonix SN9C102p WebCam.component 
    • DesktopVideoOut.component 
    • VideoGlide.component 
    • 3ivxVideoCodec.component
