- You must be an admin or owner on the Zoom account
The following will go over how to change a user's password on your account. Please note that you cannot change the password for the account owner, account admins, or Zoom Rooms.
How To Change A User's Password
- Go to User Management and select the user whose password needs to be changed
- Once their profile loads, select Edit under "Password"
- Enter the users new password and select Save Changes to confirm the password change
