Auto Pay vs. Manual Pay Follow

Your account can be updated to Auto pay or Manual pay.

  1. Auto Pay:  Invoices are automatically paid with the billing info on file.
  2. Manual Pay: Invoices have net 30 payment terms. If you have purchased a subscription via a direct sales quote, please contact your dedicated Account Executive to adjust your terms to Manual Pay. If you purchased online, you can reach out to Billing by chat to get more information on the availability of setting up Manual Pay.
