Contact IT Information for Alert Notification Follow


Zoom Rooms will display alerts such as system is unavailable, audio is disconnected, etc. on the TV display. You can also add the IT contact information on-screen.



  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Room Management > Zoom Rooms
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. Under Basic, enter the Support Email and Support Phone of the IT staff member/recipient
