Meeting registration and polling reports
Zoom reports are useful to collect information about attendance, registration, and poll responses. If your Zoom meeting has registration or polling enabled, you can generate a registration or polling report for further analysis. Additionally, if your meeting has post-meeting survey enabled, you can also generate survey reports.
By default, the registration report contains the following information of registered participants, but may contain additional information based on your registration settings:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Date and time of registration
- Approval status
- The polling report contains the following information of participants that answered a poll question, depending on your meeting settings:
- If registration was turned on and the poll was not anonymous, it will list the participants' names, email addresses, each poll question and the participant's answer, and date and time of the submitted answers.
- If registration was not on, the polling report will show the profile names of unauthenticated participants and the names and email addresses of authenticated participants, as well each poll question, each participant's answer, and date and time of the submitted answers.
- If the poll was anonymous, it will show "anonymous" for the participants' names and email addresses.
- Meetings must be hosted by a paid account to create reports. Upgrading your account will not generate reports for meetings hosted before the upgrade.
- Meeting IDs are automatically deleted 30 days after the scheduled date or the date last used, and are removed from the Previous Meetings page in the web portal. This is the same effect as manually deleting the meeting. Registration reports are also deleted with the ID, although Polling reports will be available for up to 12 months.
- Similarly, if you delete a meeting from your Meetings list in the web portal, you cannot generate reports for that meeting. Any reports you generated before deleting the meeting are still available.
- You should generate meeting reports 30 minutes after your meeting has ended. If you generated a report before starting the meeting, you should re-generate the report to obtain the data collected during the meeting. Only polling reports can be generated during the live session, after the poll has ended. To generate and download a poll report during the live session, the host must be on desktop client version 5.4.7 or higher, as well as have this enabled for their account by Zoom Support.
- If a poll is relaunched in a meeting, the poll report will only display the last poll occurrence. If you know you will need to launch the same poll twice and want both sets of data, consider creating a 2nd poll with the same questions as the original to avoid relaunching.

How to generate reports after the meeting
To generate and view a report, ensure that the following requirements are met:
- The Registration setting and/or Polling setting must be enabled for the meeting you want to generate the report for.
- You must be the host of the meeting or have a role with Usage reports permission enabled to generate and view the report.
To generate a report after a meeting:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Reports.
- Click the Usage Reports tab.
- Click Meeting.
A list of upcoming and previous meetings will be generated. You can search by time range or by Meeting ID.
Note: If wanting a report for a webinar, select the Webinar option instead.
- Next to Report Type, select the report type that you want to generate:
- Registration Report
- Poll Report
- Survey Report
- In the drop-down menu below Report Type, select one of these options:
- Search by time range: Select a time range, then click Search.
- Search by meeting ID: Enter the meeting ID and click Search.
- In the last column of the meeting you want a report of, click Generate.
You can also use the check boxes to select multiple meetings, then click Generate at the top.
- Select the registration type that you want the report to generate:
- All Registrants: Include both approved and denied registrants from your meeting.
- Approved Registrants: Include only the approved registrants from your meeting.
- Denied Registrants: Include only the denied registrants from your meeting.
- Click Continue.
Zoom will redirect you to the Report Queues tab where you can Download the report as a CSV file.
How to generate a poll report during the meeting
- Start the scheduled Zoom meeting that has polling enabled.
- As the meeting host, launch the poll.
- Collect poll responses, then end the poll.
The basic breakdown of poll results will be displayed. To see exactly who voted for each option, you will need to download the full report.
- Click Download in the bottom-left corner of the poll results window.
Zoom will open your default web browser and begin the download.
