Configuring Provisioning Server

Note: Older Yealink devices may have a slightly different web interface that has the green header bar.

  1. Navigate to the Settings > Auto Provision.

  2. Enter the provisioning URL in the Server URL field. You can find your phone's provisioning URL in the list of supported devices.

Alternatively, you can enter the provisioning URL as follows: https://provyp.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/Yealink/<phone_model>
You must change <phone_model> accordingly in the above URL. The model name must be in lowercase with no spaces.

  3. Delete any data in the User Name and Password fields.
  4. Click Confirm to save the configuration then click Auto Provision Now to apply the configuration to your phone. Your phone will reboot several times to complete provisioning.

Note: Make sure you don't have another provisioning server communicating with the device when you try to complete provisioning.
