Yealink T4 S Series Assisted Provisioning Guide Follow

Overview

If you are having issues with zero touch provisioning or your phone doesn't support it, follow the sections below to provision a supported Yealink T4 S series phone after you have added it to the Zoom web portal

Prerequisites

Accessing the Phone's Web Interface

  1. On your phone, press the Menu button . On some Yealink devices, press the button labelled as Menu on the display.
  2. Select Status and make note of the IPv4 address.  

  3. Open your web browser and enter the <IPv4 address> to log in to the web interface of the desktop phone.
    Note: The web interface of the desktop phone will prompt you for login credentials. These are the administrator credentials to your phone and you must know it to continue. By default it is admin/admin. If you do not know your login/password you may need to contact the vendor of the phone.

Configuring Provisioning Server

  1. Open or refresh your web browser and enter the phone's IP address to log in to the web interface of the desktop phone.
    Note: The web interface of the desktop phone will prompt you for login credentials. These are the administrator credentials to your phone and you must know it to continue. By default it is admin/admin. If you do not know your login/password you may need to contact the vendor of the phone.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab and and click Auto Provision on the left panel.
  3. Locate the Server URL field and enter the provisioning URL of the device model as follows: https://provyp.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/Yealink/<phone_model>

    Note: You must change <phone_model> accordingly in the above URL. The model name must be in lowercase with no spaces. See the supported devices for a list of models. You can also obtain the provisioning URL by clicking Assisted Provisioning after starting the provisioning process in the Zoom web portal.

  4. Delete any data in the User Name and Password fields and ensure they are left blank.
  5. Click Confirm to save the configuration then click Auto Provision Now to apply the configuration to your phone. Your phone will reboot automatically.

Note: Make sure you don't have another provisioning server communicating with the device when you try to complete provisioning.
