Zoom Phone Certified Hardware Follow

The table below provides the list of supported phone devices for Zoom Phone. You can also see a list of supported features. Before you add devices to Zoom Phone, see an overview of the provisioning process. Visit the Zoom Certified page for more information on certification and the full list of Zoom Certified Devices.

Notes:

  • Starting October 2021, the Firmware supported column states the release date of the firmware.
  • Desk phones must support TLSv1.2 to work with Zoom Phone.
  • You must have the latest firmware version listed below for your device to work properly. Click the firmware version in the tables below to download it.
  • To see firewall rules for zero touch provisioning, refer to the Poly or Yealink support site.

This article covers:

Encryption

Zoom Phone SIP signaling communications from devices/client to server and during phone provisioning sessions occur over TLS v1.2 with AES-256 bit encryption. Zoom Phone call media is transported and protected by SRTP with AES-128 or AES-256 bit encryption for devices.

Important: By default, AES-128 bit encryption is enabled for devices. Admins must upgrade devices to AES-256 bit encryption using the web portal. Learn more about Zoom Phone encryption.

AudioCodes

Note:

  • Some models with certain revision numbers are not supported. Refer to the AudioCodes website for more information.
  • For the 450HD, Zoom Phone only supports the generic SIP version. If you have Skype for Business (SfB) firmware, contact AudioCodes support to convert it to generic SIP.

Poly

Note:

  • Provisioned Poly devices will automatically upgrade to the latest supported firmware version. Set up firmware update rules if you don't want Poly devices to automatically upgrade.
  • Zoom only works with Polycom devices that are running at least version 4.0.0 of the UCS firmware. In previous versions (Polycom SIP software 3.x or earlier), upgrading from the phone's web interface, registration, and provisioning will not work with Zoom. This restriction does not apply to OBi Analog Telephone Adapters (ATA).
  • Polycom VVX OBi edition phones are not supported. The only exception is the VVX D230, which has OBi firmware but is still supported by Zoom Phone.
