Note (A): Zoom support for ATA devices is currently in preview status. We have validated the use case of a single analog phone assigned to an ATA device. We have not yet tested other applications such as faxing or paging. ATA devices often support multiple ports. However, when performing zero touch or assisted provisioning, Zoom Phone will treat each ATA device as a single phone device to be associated with a single phone user. You cannot assign different analog phones or phone lines to different users on the same ATA. Use the following provisioning URLs for assisted provisioning:

  • https://provppobi.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/Polycom/obi508/${mac}.xml

Note (B): Polycom phones with a date of manufacture that is older than the date noted are unable to support Zoom's security requirements and cannot be used with Zoom Phone. The manufacturing date is usually identified by a sticker on the bottom of the phone.
