Sharing multiple screens in a Zoom Room Follow

Multiple screens can be shared and viewed in a Zoom Room simultaneously. This content can be screens shared by remote participants or screens shared within the room. Each shared screen can be assigned to a display.

If there is only one screen in the room, you can toggle between which screen is being displayed.

Enabling multiple content sharing (admin)

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Room Management, then click Zoom Rooms
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. Click the Meeting tab.
  5. Toggle Allow multiple content sharing to on.
  6. Click Room Management, then click Zoom Rooms.
  7. Click a location in the room hierarchy that you want to edit. For example, if you want the same content for all rooms on a particular floor, click the floor name in the hierarchy.
  8. Click the Edit button next to the location you chose. You can do this on a location level, a floor level, or a room level.
  9. Click the Meeting Settings tab.
  10. Toggle Allow multiple content sharing to on.
  11. Click Save Changes.

Assigning shared screens to monitors

If multiple participants are sharing their screen, you can assign each shared screen to a specific display.

  1. Start or join a meeting in a Zoom Room.
  2. Share your screen.
  3. On the Zoom Room controller, tap Change View.
  4. Tap Change Content.
  5. Tap the name of the person sharing below each display.
    Note: If the Zoom Room has one display, you can switch the shared screen being displayed.
  6. (Optional) Toggle Show Content Only to on to use all display for shared content instead of reserving one for video. After toggling this option to on, you can select shared content for each display.
