Getting Started with Zoom Device Management (ZDM) Follow

Overview

Zoom Device Management (ZDM) is Zoom’s mobile device management tool, which allows you to perform certain actions on your enrolled devices from the Zoom web portal. Apple devices can be enrolled individually or in groups with Apple Business Manager (ABM), and their OS and Zoom Room applications can be upgraded afterwards. Windows devices can be enrolled individually, which allows admins to choose which patches will be installed on their machines. Review the articles below for a full list of features.
