Managing Zoom Marketplace Follow

Overview

The Marketplace Admin Dashboard allows you to view apps installed on your account, manage pre-approval and installation requests, manage app permissions, manage email notifications, and view API logs.

Instructions

Access the Admin Dashboard

To access the Admin Dashboard, login to your Zoom account at marketplace.zoom.us and click Manage in the top right.

Configure Pre-Approval

Owners or admins can search for apps on marketplace and pre-approve them. Once an app is pre-approved, it can be installed by other users on the account.

Note: If you have not approved an app in the App Marketplace, users on your account can request to install the app. If this occurs, you will receive an email from noreply@zoom.us with further details.

  1. Sign In to https://marketplace.zoom.us/.
  2. Search for an app and click on the icon to select it.
  3. Click the status toggle to pre-approve the app.

You can also review your pre-approved apps, check pre-approval requests and change your account permissions from the Manage section.

Review Pre-Approved Apps

  1. Click Manage.
  2. Under My Admin Dashboard, click Apps on Account > Pre-Approved Apps to review a list of apps you have pre-approved.

Check Pre-Approval and Install Requests

  1. Click Manage.
  2. Under My Admin Dashboard, click App Requests
    • To check pre-approval requests from your users, click Pre-Approval Requests.
    • To check installation requests from your users, click Request to Install.
       

Change Account Permissions

  1. Click Manage.
  2. Under My Admin Dashboard, click Permissions to change your pre-approval settings.

Note: Pre-approval will be required by default when you create an account. If you do not want apps to be pre-approved before they can be installed by users, you can change your permissions after your account is made.


Manage Email Notifications

Users on your account will be able to send pre-approval and installation requests for apps in the App Marketplace. You have the ability to enable or disable email notifications for these requests. You can also designate specific recipients. To manage email notifications:

  1. Click Manage.
  2. Under My Admin Dashboard, click Email Notifications.
  3. You can choose to enable email notifications for pre-approval, installation, and app upgrade requests.
  4. If enabled, you can click Add Email to add additional recipients to be notified when a user requests to pre-approve or install an app.
