Note: As our world comes together to slow the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, the Zoom Support Center has continued to operate 24x7 globally to support you. Please see the updated Support Guidelines during these unprecedented times.

Important: Starting September 27, Zoom will require that all meetings have a Passcode or a Waiting Room enabled for accounts with a single licensed user, Pro accounts with 2 or more licenses, and Business accounts with 10-100 licenses. Meeting templates Follow

When you schedule a meeting, you can save its settings so they can be used as a template for scheduling future meetings. The template includes settings like enabling join before host, automatic recording, language interpretation, and alternative hosts. For recurring meetings, you also have the option to save the recurrence schedule as part of the template.

After you save a meeting as a template, you can select that template when you want to create a meeting with similar settings. You can select from up to 40 saved-meeting templates.
