Updating phone numbers for existing phone dial-in contacts using a CSV file

You can update the phone numbers assigned to existing dial-in contacts.

Note: You can't use a CSV file to edit the name of dial-in contacts. To edit a contact's name, you have to manually edit an existing contact.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Account Management then Phone Dial-in Contacts.
  3. Click Export to CSV file to export current phone dial-in contacts as a CSV file.
  4. Open the CSV file using spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel.
  5. Edit the second column to change the phone numbers assigned to contacts, then save the file.
Note: Don't edit the first column (contact name). This will cause an error when you try to upload the CSV file.
  6. In the Phone Dial-in Contacts page, click Import, then select Update the numbers with new values on CSV.
  7. Click Upload and double-click the CSV file you edited.
Note: After importing is complete, you may need to reload the page to view the updated contacts.
