Trusted Domains, allow an organization or account to whitelist a domain they own, to allow auto-creation of users utilizing that domain, for either LTI or API purposes. This is different than a Managed Domain, as it does not automatically pull in users who are not on the account, who utilize that domain in their login email.
- A Zoom Business, Enterprise, or Education account
- A custom domain (domains such as @gmail.com or @outlook.com cannot be used), owned by your organization.
Adding a Trusted Domain
Your Zoom Account Executive, Sales Engineer or Customer Success Manager can help you set up a Trusted Domain for your Zoom account.
