Trusted Domains allow an organization or account to whitelist a domain they own, to allow auto-creation of users utilizing that domain, for either LTI or API purposes. This is different than an Associated Domain, as it does not automatically pull in users who are not on the account, who utilize that domain in their login email.
- A Zoom Business, Enterprise, or Education account
- A custom domain (domains such as @gmail.com or @outlook.com cannot be used), owned by your organization.
Adding a Trusted Domain
Your Zoom Account Executive, Sales Engineer or Customer Success Manager can help you set up a Trusted Domain for your Zoom account.
